Problem with tidal connect

Hi all,
after the latest update of the arcam firmware, tidal drops very often, even by simply switching to another playlist.
Has anyone else encountered the same problem? Any fix?

Hi Sergio are you running on WiFi or Ethernet.
The latest Tidal Connect should be running on Flac so could possibly be using more bandwidth which might push WiFi over the edge.
Just a thought that you can always roll back to the previous version as that is back up on their website site

Hi Sergio, I’ve experienced excatly the same problem, which is extremely annoying…having to reconnect ‘Tidal connect’ each change of album. I discussed the problem on a FB arcam-users group and was advised to reinstall an older version of Tidal via an apk website. Yet to to do that but will report back. The guy who advised me had done it himself, and said he no longer has connection issues.
