Hi Peter, welcome to the forum! Did you use the usb method for upgrading? If not then please use the usb method else try another upgrade method. Refer to the topic below.
This article describes a number of methods on how to update the SA30 firmware. Please note the last step is essential for the update: the unit MUST be restored to factory defaults and any setup changes made again after an update.
