Arcam remote is not supporting with Panasonic IR device may i know the reason . It is working in DCA app in knx but not in knx group address.If we trigger the group address the address is triggering but in field is not working please hlep me out this

  1. switch on Arcam SA30 version TBD, build TBD is used
  2. start Arcam Music Life iOS app, build TBD is used
