Apple and Chromecast don’t see SA30 after update

Hi All, I’ve had my SA30 for several years and have been successfully streaming Tidal and other apps throughout. But I recently updated the firmware and now neither Apple nor Google Home sees or can put the SA30 on my home network (and the IP address is all 0’s). Any ideas? TIA, Peter

Also, whenever I change the input to Net, it says “Root Presets” and nothing else happens. Thx.
