Basically, I quit trying to solve this. I am happy with my work around when needed. And anyway, MusicLife app works ok for me so far. But in any case, I think Arcam should work a bit on the software side of the machine.

I found the solution.
I got an Arcam Sa30 half a year ago but have used only MusicLife with Upnp renderer. Because I could not cast to Arcam using ChromeCast. Until yesterday than I have connected to Arcam through web-interface and have completed its initial setup. I found that Arcam has been waiting for network setup completion. During this process Arcam asks you for Google Cast licence agreement. After this step Arcam shows the message that setup is completed and you may use Google software.
Now I can use Qobuz native application. It works much better than any Mother qobuz streamers.
Steps are very simple but not discribed in Arcam’s manual. So, if Arcam is not listed in the list of available divices in Google Home or any your casting application do the following:
1.Check the ip-address on the device.
2.Open web-browser on your smartphone or computer ant connect to Arcam’s ip-address.
3.Go through setup process and agree on licence agreement.
4.Complete the setup.
5.Enjoy
