Hi all. I have an SA20 but am struggling to find answers elsewhere. I am trying to connect my TV to the SA20. I have a digital optical cable plugged into the “digital out” on my Samsung TV and plugged into the SAT “digital in” on my SA20. However, my SA20 shows “Not Supported” despite everything I’m reading showing this is how to connect the TV to the receiver. The TV audio is set to digital out.
Hi Salon, the Arcam SA30 doesn’t support any audio formats beyond stereo. Maybe it is the same with the SA20.
If this is the case, you need to adjust the settings on your tv. The right setting would be PCM.
