MusicLife Shuffle not working

Scenario
Perform the following steps:

  1. switch on Arcam SA30 version 1.72
  2. start Arcam Music Life iOS app, build 4.1.6(4165) is used
  3. Play any playlist from Tidal/Deezer
  4. Try to shuffle the playlist from the queue icon(there is no Normal Shuffle button which is not good)

Actual result
The button is enabled and after a couple of seconds is disabled again. If you are super fast and go back while it is enabled and press next - the song will be shuffled but after that again not with your 2nd attempt

Expected result
The button should remain enabled

I tried the same, in my case the Arcam SA30 hangs when tries to play the first song since the playlist in Tidal was shuffled. I have to reboot the amplifier to use it again. Same firmware version (1542) and Music Life Android 4.2.0

Yep I get the same but with Spotify. The random and repeat lights are on when selected but only for 2 seconds. They then disappear so it is now impossible to have random or repat playlists streamed from spotify. To note, on all other devices including my phone it works perfectly just not when I stream through the SA30. Anyone able to suggest a solution, would be ost grateful. Regards Trev…
