ARC: Needs frequent reboot to have sound

Hello,

I’m using my SA30 to cast music via Airplay and as ampñifier for my TV via ARC.

Issue: most of the time, when switching on the TV, the SA30 goes out of sleep and plays TV sound.

But, at least once a week, turning g on the TV wakes the SA30 (it appears as an output in Smasung’s Tizen menu) and becomes the default audio source…. But there is no sound.

I then need to switch it off then on again to eventually have sound.

Anyone would have an idea to solve this ?

I’m on the latest firmware.

I had this problem with my 2023 Samsung Frame telly until Samsung updated its firmware. From what I could gather while researching the issue, Samsung’s eARC implementation was always a bit shonky and for once, Arcam were blameless.
