I just received my sa30 here in the U.S. arc is displaying a not valid message. I suspect this is a regional issue. Does anyone know how to access the service menu to rectify this or is it something else. It turns off and on with the tv properly but no sound. And yes, tv is set to pcm only.
Hi, I hope you enjoy your new SA30, I find it’s a great machine. In my case the issue you describe was solved when I tried a different HDMI cable. Both cables were working fine on other duties, but only the second one (which was newer, but still not expensive) worked with the eARC connection. Hope this helps.

I did pick up a new cable and it resolved the issue. For the most part I have been enjoying it. The dynamics are amazing, but I’ve been finding it a little rough around the edges. Smoothing them out with Dirac is my next challenge.
