Add possibility to change volume when no music is played

After turning on SA30 on (for example) NET input, there is no possibility to change volume until music is played. It will be nice to be able to change volume before starting music.

You can chance the volume, but you don’t see it happening on the display.
I always switch to CD to see what’s happening, but I support your request.
