# Volume and mute should be more accessible in Music Life app, ref#28

**Situation to be improved**  
When I want to change the volume of the SA30 through the Music Life app I have to perform too many clicks.

Today in MusicLife iOS app 3.0.2 (3022) the following steps are required to mute the volume:

1. Click on the cross-hair next to the track/radio stream:

2. Select the device:

3. Select the mute button or change volume:

**Proposed solution**  
Add a mute button and small volume slider to the left of the cross-hair, previous, stop and next buttons.
