# Stuck on "Net Updating"

For those having problems, download the version V323 firmware from the link below.

Attempt to install it from a USB stick connected to the device using the menus if they are available to you. If the menus are unavailable try and install it using the method in this post.

If that works attempt to update to the latest firmware but rename it image.swu first.
