# Sa30 Remote-no response

My amp has response from remote at all, I think I managed to change the remote channel but now the remote doesn’t work so I cannot select the correct channel, I can navigate to the right menu with buttons on the front of the amp but there is no option to select or change???

Strangely, doing a factory reset doesn’t change the channel back to the original setting (factory setting).

I didn’t do the reset through the menu after doing the factory reset - all good now!
