Hi. I’m having a strange issue with the remote control. It won’t switch the amp into standby or wake it up. Other functions working. The app works as does my harmony remote but not the actual Arcam remote for the standby function.

Running latest firmware. Can anyone help

Try to push “AMP” button on remote and then try again.

Hello Andreas, welcome to the forum! Did you try the AMP button before presing the standby button?

I couldn’t wake the amp from standby, but other functions worked. Backlight of remote was flickering. Replaced battery and it’s working as normal now.

Yes, pressing the Amp button worked. Thanks all 🙂
