# Music Life doesn't update volume after setting volume in Google Home, ref#35

**Scenario**  
Perform the following steps:

1. switch on Arcam SA30 version 1.21 is used
2. start Arcam Music Life iOS app, build 3004 is used
3. go to screen with big volume control
4. start Google Home iOS app, change the volume
5. go back to Music Life app.

**Actual result**  
The changed volume is not updated in Music Life app.

**Expected result**  
The changed volume is updated automatically in Music Life app.

**Additional information**  
Try the other way around (change in ML and watch Google Home) you’ll notice Google Home app refreshes the value before displaying.

Retested with following versions, result is passed.

- app version: 3.0.0, build 3009
- device version 1.24, build 592
